Abstract: A child walking safety device comprises of an annular primary frame 101 configured with plurality of primary drawer mechanisms 102 to alter diameter of primary frame 101, an annular secondary frame 103 incorporated with plurality of secondary drawer mechanisms 104 to adjust diameter of secondary frame 103, a flexible spiral member 105 connected between primary and secondary frame 103 for safe walking of child, plurality of vibration units 106 embedded within primary frame 101 for vibrating primary frame 101 to alert guardian, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 107 installed on primary frame 101 for recording and processing images in vicinity of primary frame 101, an FBG (Fiber Bragg Grating) sensor embedded in secondary frame 103 to detects heart rate and blood pressure of child, and a speaker 108 mounted in primary frame 101 to generate an audio alert.
