Abstract: A check valve testing and analysis device, comprising a platform 101 positioned on a fixed surface, plurality of supporting legs 102 for supporting platform 101, a holding unit 103 for engaging a check valve with holding unit 103, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 to detect dimensions of valve, plurality of motorized clippers 105 secures valve, plurality of water tubes 106 interconnected to holding unit 103 and a water chamber 107 integrated with a heating unit for generating steam that is transferred within conduits to test check valve, an electronically controlled valve 108 control flow of superheated steam, a flow meter measure flow rate of steam, enabling accurate monitoring of steam usage, a sound sensor measures sound generated by check valve under varying steam flow rates and temperatures, providing additional diagnostic information on valve performance and performance is displayed on a touch-interactive display unit 109.
