Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a multimodal, emotion-aware conversational artificial intelligence system for personalized emotional and mental well- being support. The system integrates real-time facial emotion recognition, long-term contextual memory, large language model–based response generation, and zero- shot personalized voice synthesis within a unified architecture. Facial expressions are continuously analyzed to infer user emotions, which dynamically influence response tone and content. A vector-based memory module stores and retrieves semantically relevant past interactions, enabling persistent and personalized conversational continuity across sessions. The system further generates spoken responses using zero-shot voice cloning from a short user-provided audio sample, without explicit model retraining. Voice similarity between original and synthesized speech is quantitatively validated using cosine similarity metrics, ensuring high- fidelity personalization. By synchronizing emotional context, conversational memory, linguistic intelligence, and user-specific voice output, the invention enables a human-like digital companion offering empathetic, adaptive, and immersive interaction, advancing personalization beyond conventional conversational agents.
