Abstract: The present invention relates to a chatbot creation and management platform system consisting of user interface (UI)(3), user management layer(4), entity management layer(6), governance layer(5), bot management layer(9), and marketplace layer(10), communicatively coupled with each other to augment the capability of conversational natural language processing (NLP) based task-oriented services through linkage to the underlying entities. The method involves generation of automation scenarios by leveraging metadata from automation process. The entities, processes, characteristics, NLP attributes and relationships constitute automation Scenario. The bot management layer configures the chatbot by integrating entities and automation scenarios, trains and deploys it. The chatbot entities, automation scenarios, bot created is listed in marketplace layer for business transactions.
