The channel state information reporting method comprises: acquiring a first reference signal resource; on the basis of the first reference signal resource, performing measurement so as to acquire first channel state information; and reporting the first channel state information, the first channel state information comprising time difference information, and the time difference information indicating a time difference between when channel state information reference signals on different reference signal resources reach a terminal. By means of embodiments of the present disclosure, the time difference of multi-TRP joint transmission can be determined, so that the performance of joint transmission of a plurality of TRPs is ensured.
