Abstract: ABSTRACT CHANNEL STATE INFORMATION (CSI) PROCESSING UNIT (PU) USAGE FOR DATA COLLECTION In some example embodiments, there may be provided a method comprising transmitting at least one indication to a network device that indicates a number of dedicated Channel State Information (CSI) Processing Unit (CPU) resources for data collection which are available in addition to a number of CPU resources for measuring CSI- Reference Signals (RS), wherein the number of dedicated CPU resources for data collection are independent of the number of CPU resources for measuring CSI-RS, receiving at least one data collection configuration for the number of dedicated CPU resources for data collection, and conducting data collection based at least in part on the data collection configuration by using at least one of the number of dedicated CPU resources.
