Abstract: A chain manufacturing device, comprises of a platform 101 positioned over a ground surface equipped with a plurality of suction cups 102 for adhering platform 101 with surface, a touch interactive display panel 103 installed on platform 101 to receive input from a user, a robotic gripper 104 installed on platform 101 for griping one of a metal piece, a hollow cylinder wrapped around bar for allowing gripper 104 to position gripped metal piece in between rod and cavity, a motorized sliding unit 107 installed in between bars 106 and platform 101 to translate bars 106, an arrangement to provide a controlled twisting movement to member as per user’s requirements, a laser sensor installed on platform 101 for detecting distance in between bars 106, a load sensor installed in chamber 105 for detecting weight of metal piece, and a speaker to notify user regarding re-filling of chamber 105.
