MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621078405 A) filed by Mayur Ghule on June 25, 2026, for Cerebro Cpu-Native Ai Cluster Infrastructure And Programming Language.
Inventor includes Mayur Ghule.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: A central processing unit-native artificial intelligence inference system and programming language are disclosed. Tensor types are defined by element type, shape and memory-hierarchy placement annotations that are type-checked and used to control data layout and cache-aware loop tiling. Native ternary and binary types enable lookup-table and XNOR-population-count computation without floating-point dequantisation, while a RegisterBuffer type maintains intermediate data in vector registers. A compiler progressively lowers source code through a custom Multi-Level Intermediate Representation dialect, affine and vector or structured-control-flow dialects, and LLVM intermediate representation to target-specific machine code. A runtime performs task-based parallel execution using NUMA-aware work stealing and cache-oblivious recursive tiling. A cluster layer distributes model weights across CPU nodes, retains computation local to NUMA domains, provides NUMA-aware scheduling and model serving, and scales execution according to inference-request queue depth.
