Abstract: The present invention discloses a centralized, white-label, multi-tenant enterprise information technology helpdesk platform deployed upon a shared cloud infrastructure, comprising a frontend layer, a backend layer, a database layer, an artificial intelligence and natural language processing layer, and a cloud infrastructure layer. A tenant isolation layer logically partitions the data, configuration, and workflows of a plurality of independent tenant organizations, while a white-label customization module permits each tenant to configure proprietary branding including a custom logo, colour theme, and dedicated domain name. The platform implements a hierarchical role-based access control structure encompassing platform super administrators, company administrators, information technology managers, support agents, and employees. An artificial intelligence-driven automation engine performs smart ticket routing, automated response generation, knowledge base article suggestion, and predictive analytics for ticket volume forecasting, supplemented by a twenty-four-hour conversational chatbot interface. Enterprise-grade security is achieved through two hundred fifty- six bit Advanced Encryption Standard encryption, role-based access control, audit logging, and compliance readiness, while a centralized analytics dashboard furnishes real-time visibility into key performance indicators, collectively enabling rapid, secure, and cost-effective deployment of enterprise IT support infrastructure across multiple organizations.
