Abstract: The titled invention discloses a centralized loT-based communication framework for real-time multimedia notice broadcasting through remote display units. The system comprises a frontend dashboard (1), cloud backend (2), cloud database (3), cloud object storage (4), ESP32 microcontroller unit (5), OLED display module (6), and realm time communication unit (7). The frontend dashboard (1) enables authenticated users to create, schedule and manage digital notices. The cloud backend (2) processes the notice and multimedia information, while the cloud database (3) stores structured notice information with timestamp, priority and expiry time. The cloud object storage (4) handles multimedia information. The ESP32 microcontroller unit (5) receives and 15 processes the information and provides it to the OLED display module (6). The realtime communication unit (7) uses REST API and WebSocket communication for data fetching and continuous synchronization. The system further provides automated image processing, priority-based broadcasting, authentication, access control, automatic expiry and real-time digital communication.
