The platform (100) comprises a presentation layer (110) with distinct interfaces for customers (112), service providers (114), and administrators (116); an application layer (120) comprising an authentication module (122), a booking management module (124), a dynamic pricing module (126), and a service provider verification module (128); and a data layer (130) comprising a real-time NoSQL database (132), an authentication service (134), and a media storage service (136). The platform features vehicle-type-based dynamic pricing using structured pricing matrices segmented by vehicle category, real-time booking lifecycle management with synchronization latencies of two hundred to five hundred milliseconds, role-based access control, and an administrator-managed service provider verification pipeline.
