Abstract: ABSTRACT CD47 AND SIRPa AXIS BLOCKER SHORT CHAIN BISPECIFIC PEPTIDES The present invention relates to short chain protease stable peptides that function as CD47–SIRPa axis blockers. The peptides comprise amino acid sequences selected from SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3, and SEQ ID NO: 4. The invention provides the method of preparation of these peptides. Pharmaceutical compositions of these peptides, used alone or in combination with additional inhibitory peptides, exhibit synergistic activity and improved therapeutic efficacy. FIG. 1
