Abstract: A system (100) and method for causality-constrained predictive modeling with real-time intervention simulation and adaptive feature recomposition are disclosed. The system (100) comprises a memory (102), a processor (104), a communication module (106), a data ingestion and normalization module (108), a causal relationship identification module (110), an intervention simulation module (112), an adaptive feature recomposition module (114), and a predictive modeling module (116). The data ingestion and normalization module (108) acquires and processes heterogeneous input data from one or more sources. The causal relationship identification module (110) determines causal dependencies among variables to distinguish causal influences from statistical correlations. The intervention simulation module (112) generates hypothetical intervention scenarios to estimate predictive outcomes under modified operating conditions. The adaptive feature recomposition module (114) dynamically updates feature representations responsive to causal variations. The predictive modeling module (116) generates predictive outputs while preserving causality constraints, thereby improving robustness, adaptability, predictive stability, and resilience against spurious correlations and changing data distributions.
