The system (100) comprises a Causal Biological Risk Transfer (CBRT) engine (102), a Privacy-Preserving Adaptive Federated Learning Network (PAFLN) module (104), a Community-Contextualized Predictive Personalization (CCPP) layer (106), a Counterfactual Intervention Recommendation Engine (CIRE) (108), a Generational Health Memory Architecture (GHMA) module (110), and an Explainable AI Interface for Frontline Health Workers (XAI-FHW) module (112). The system continuously updates maternal and child-health risk trajectories using distributed healthcare data, causal Bayesian inference, community-contextual signals, and privacy-preserving federated learning. The invention further generates personalized intervention pathways, counterfactual healthcare simulations, vernacular-language healthcare guidance, and longitudinal generational health intelligence for decentralized maternal and child healthcare ecosystems.
