Abstract: TITLE: CAST PARALLELISM VERIFICATION TOOL APPLICANT: ADHIPARASAKTHI DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a cast parallelism verification tool comprising: a. a dental glass plate of dimension 7.5 cm × 7.5 cm configured to receive and support a dental cast during base pouring; b. four tubular spirit levels fixed on dental glass plate, each disposed along one of the four sides of the plate, and each spirit level is operatively linked to the glass plate by alignment with respective edge to collectively define a horizontal reference plane, In which the dental cast placed on the glass plate is visually referenced against the indications of the spirit levels, whereby the spirit levels function to detect deviation of the cast from parallelism relative to the floor, and the combined working of the glass plate and spirit levels enables standardized positioning and evenness of the cast base in a compact, inexpensive, and clinic adaptable manner. Accordingly, the present invention provides a cast parallelism verification tool for facilitating standardized verification of dental cast parallelism during base pouring.
