Abstract: A cassette transport system (CTS) includes: a cassette (CST) including: support bars on which a substrate (SUB) is loaded, frames defining an open portion (OPN) and connected to each other, a filter unit (FU) disposed in one frame, a first input pad (IP1) and a second input pad (IP2) electrically connected to the filter unit (FU) and disposed in one frame, and a regulator (RL) disposed in one frame and electrically connected to the first and second input 10 pads (IP1, IP2), a shelf (SH) including support frames (SF) on which the cassette (CST) is loaded and disposed, and a first output pad (OP1) disposed on each of the support frames (SF) and which wirelessly supplies power to the first input pad (IP1) by establishing a coupling with the first input pad (IP1), and a transport apparatus (TA) including a second output pad (OP2) which transports the cassette (CST) and wirelessly supplies power to the second input pad (IP2) 15 by establishing a coupling with second input pad (IP2).
