Abstract: The present disclosure relates to carriers, carry handles, boxes and methods of forming carriers, carry handles and boxes. The carrier comprises an extendable portion, an elongate portion connected with the extendable portion to form a loop, and a bridge comprising a plurality of frangible portions. The extendable portion is adapted to extend from an initial configuration to an extended configuration in use by manual pulling on the elongate potion to form a loop that can be used to carry an object. The method of forming a carry handle comprises positioning a cord at the proximal end of the box such that a portion of the cord protrudes from a pair of proximal slots located at a pair of proximal corners of the box to form a loop portion about the proximal end. In use, a portion of the cord supports at least one side of the box.
