Abstract: Falls are the leading cause of injury-related mortality among elderly individuals, necessitating intelligent real-time safety monitoring systems. CarePulse Guardian presents an IoT-Based Elderly Safety and Fall Prognostic Framework integrating a multi-sensor wearable band, environmental sensor nodes, and cloud-based AI analytics for continuous elderly safety management. The wearable monitors heart rate, SpO2, body temperature, and 6-axis motion to support gait analysis and physiological assessment. A Random Forest-based Fall Risk Index provides proactive risk scoring, while threshold and SVM-based fall detection identifies fall events with high accuracy. Environmental sensors for lighting and floor conditions contribute context-aware risk assessment. Emergency alerts with GPS coordinates are dispatched to caregivers via mobile application, SMS, and automated voice calls upon fall confirmation. The framework enables proactive fall prevention, rapid emergency response, and remote health oversight for aging populations
