The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.

Abstract: Disclosed is a Carbonix algal biosystem for regulated photosynthetic microbial cultivation including microalgae cultivation. The biosystem comprises a transparent cultivation vessel defining a culture chamber, a fine-bubble diffuser disposed in the culture chamber, and a multichannel gas manifold having a carbon dioxide channel and a filtered air channel fluidly coupled to the fine- bubble diffuser. A pH probe is exposed to the microalgal culture and generates a pH signal. A light array is arranged relative to the transparent cultivation vessel to supply variable light exposure to the culture chamber. A controller is operatively connected to the pH probe, the multichannel gas manifold, and the light array. The controller regulates carbon dioxide flow according to the pH signal while filtered air is supplied through the filtered air channel, thereby maintaining pH stability and gas exchange.
