Abstract: (Comprehensive Academic Risk Analyzer) that makes use of an intelligent machine learning algorithm to detect any kind of academic risk for students. Information regarding academic performance, behavioral traits, level of engagement, and timing is collected from the Learning Management System (LMS) and other institutional databases. Based on the extracted features after preprocessing, numerous risk factors arise such as drop-out risk, academic drift, burnout, confusion regarding particular topics, social isolation, and readiness for placement. In short, these factors create an overall profile of student's performance. These risk factors are combined using a machine learning algorithm-based technique to produce a CARA Fusion Index (CFI) score from 0 to 100. This CFI score helps in classifying students into different groups and subsequently implementing preventive measures, like communicating with the faculty and administrators to solve the issues facing by the students. Furthermore, some other unique capabilities of the system are data visualization through dashboards, database management, and realtime processing capability.
