Abstract: Provided are: a cap gasket for maintaining sealing power without being excessively deformed even if crimping is performed; and a battery cell using same. The cap gasket includes a first gasket, and a second gasket fastened to the axial outer side of the first gasket. The first gasket includes a first radial extension portion, an axial extension portion extending axially outward from the radial outer end portion thereof, and at least one first fastening portion provided at the axial outer end portion thereof. The second gasket includes a second radial extension portion, and at least one second fastening portion which is provided on the axial inner side of the radial outer end portion thereof and is fastened to the first fastening portion in the axial direction. The first fastening portion and the second fastening portion include a first catching portion and a second catching portion fastened to each other, respectively, in the radial direction.
