The camera optical lens comprises five lenses in total, which are successively: a first lens having a positive refractive power, a second lens having a negative refractive power, a third lens having a positive refractive power, a fourth lens having a positive refractive power and a fifth lens having a negative refractive power, wherein the radius of curvature of an object side surface of the fifth lens is R9, the radius of curvature of an image side surface of the fifth lens is R10, the radius of curvature of an object side surface of the third lens is R5, the radius of curvature of an image side surface of the third lens is R6, the focal length of the fourth lens is f4, the focal length of the fifth lens is f5, an air gap between the fourth lens and the fifth lens is T45, the axial thickness of the third lens is d5, the axial thickness of the fourth lens is d7, and the axial distance from the image side surface of the third lens to an object side surface of the fourth lens is d6, satisfying the following relational expressions: 2.40=R9/R10=3.60, 0.50=(R5+R6)/(R5-R6)=0.90, 15.00=(f4-f5)/T45=25.00, and 3.00=(d5+d7)/d6=5.00.
