Abstract: A cable management assistive device comprises, a C-shaped body 101 having plurality of plates 102 positioned on an edge of a fixed support, an imaging unit 103 is integrated on the body 101 and paired with a processor to determine dimensions of the edges, multiple motorized hinges 104 integrated with the plates to provide converging/diverging movement to the plates for adjusting dimensions of the body 101, multiple suction cups 105 are arranged on ends of the body 101 for adhering to the edges, in view of securing the body 101 with the support, a pair of curved flaps 106 arranged on lateral outer peripheries of the body 101 for enabling a user to accommodate a cable in between the flaps, a laser sensor embedded in the flaps determines dimensions of the cable.
