Abstract: The invention discloses a novel C-Advanced Heal-OM polymeric spray formulation intended for the management and treatment of diabetic_wounds. The fonnulation comprises a synergistic blend of marine macroalgal bioactives derived from Pocockiella variegata extract, biopolymers and pharmaceutically acceptable polymeric spray stabilizers. Upon topical application, the fommlation forms a uniform, flexible, and breathable in situ polymeric film over the wound surface, enabling controlled. and sustained release ofbioactive compounds. The spray promotes rapid wound closure by enhancing cell migration, angiogenesis, collagen deposition, antimicrobial protection, and inflammation control under diabetic conditions. The formulation is non-toxic, biocompatible, and suitable for chronic diabetic wound management.
