Abstract: A business education and simulation-based assessment system, comprising a kiosk 101, an L-shaped articulated hydraulic bar 103 to position a seating unit, a cascading slider 107 to form a semi-enclosed interactive chamber around user, a touch interactive display unit 109 to display high-definition multimedia instructional content, an imaging unit 110 captures real-time facial expressions, of user during simulation and testing sessions, and a microphone 112 captures verbal responses, tone modulation, speech clarity, hesitation frequency, and conversational confidence, a testing module manages structured academic assessments, and a primary sliding tray 111 allows user to take an answer sheet and manually record written responses, analytical calculations, and structured problem-solving steps thereon, a secondary sliding tray 113 facilitates user to place written answer sheet, and a sheet evaluation unit to capture, digitize, and evaluate handwritten textual and numerical responses submitted by user, and convert physical answer sheets into machine-readable data for performance assessment.
