Abstract: A building covering device, comprising a rectangular frame 101 having toothed clamps 102 for clamping of the frame 101 onto face of the building, telescopic rods 103 for adjusting distance between the face and the frame 101, a motorized roller 104 installed in a rectangular housing 105 containing a spool of waterproof and UV resistant fabric for covering face of the building, brushes 106 for scrubbing of the fabric, hydraulic actuators 107 having rectangular plates 108 at the ends for pressing against surface of the building for stabilizing the frame 101 against the building, L-shaped telescopic links 109 having electromagnetic clamps 110 at the ends for fastening of the fabric while deployed, debris collection units 111 for collecting debris falling from the building and an imaging unit 112 for recording images in a vicinity of the frame 101 to determine a human being near the building during a falling debris.
