Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a buckle assembly and a seat belt buckle. The buckle assembly comprises: a buckle comprising a first housing; a load limiting module comprising a second housing; a connecting wire connected between the buckle and the load limiting module, the connecting wire enabling the buckle to be flexibly connected to the load limiting module; and a fixing part sleeved on the outer side of the connecting wire between the buckle and the load limiting module, wherein the fixing part comprises a first end and a second end in the extension direction of the connecting wire, and the first end overlaps with and abuts against the first housing and the second end overlaps with and abuts against the second housing, so as to limit the rotation of the fixing part relative to the buckle and the load limiting module. The fixing part controls the bending position, torsion angle and swing direction of the connecting wire to achieve a high number of fatigue cycles and to further meet the requirements for different angles and positions of the buckle.
