A plurality of holders (106, 108, 110) is mounted on the adjustable support structure (104). Each holder of the plurality of holders (106, 108, 110) is independently positionable relative to other holders on the adjustable support structure (104). A support adjustment knob (118) controls positional adjustment of the adjustable support structure (104) relative to the base (102). A holder adjustment knob (126, 128, 130) is operatively coupled to each holder and controls positional adjustment of the respective holder on the adjustable support structure (104). The base (102) remains stationary during adjustment of the adjustable support structure (104) and adjustment of the plurality of holders (106, 108, 110).
