Abstract: A bottle cork sealing device comprises of a body 101 having a first section with a chamber 102 that is stored with liquid wax and second section stored with multiple bottle corks, a robotic gripper 103 for gripping the bottle corks and position the gripped bottle in the slots 106 consecutively, an imaging unit 104 evaluates dimension of the bottle corks, a rectangular platform having multiple slots 106 equipped with a pair of clamps 107 to provide secure grip to the bottle, a pair of L-shaped telescopically operated rods 108 attached with a motorized sliding unit 109 to provide translation that mouth portion of the secured bottle corks is dipped into the chamber 102 for coating of wax, a robotic arm to position a conduit paired with an electronically controlled nozzle 110 over the bottle’s cock for evenly coating the bottle’s cock.
