Abstract: A blow molding apparatus (100) comprises: an injection molding part (110) for injection-molding a resin preform (20) having a bottom; a temperature adjustment part (120) for adjusting the temperature of the preform (20) by means of a heating rod (210); and a blow molding part (130) for blow-molding the preform (20) the temperature of which has been adjusted by the temperature adjustment part (120). The temperature adjustment part (120) has: a cylindrical member (220) that holds the heating rod (210) therein; and a support member (230) that supports the cylindrical member (220). The cylindrical member (220) is provided with an eccentricity amount adjustment part (221) capable of adjusting the amount of eccentricity of the heating rod (210). The support member (230) is provided with a positioning part (234) capable of positioning the rotational position of the cylindrical member (220).
