Abstract: Abstract: RedConnect is a web-based blood donor management system designed to bridge the gap between blood donors and recipients. The traditional method of finding blood donors relies on manual processes such as phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and hospital posters, which are time-consuming and inefficient, especially during emergencies. This project presents RedConnect, a comprehensive platform that automates the process of finding and connecting blood donors with recipients. The system maintains a centralized database of registered donors with their blood types, locations, and donation histories. When a blood request is created, the system automatically identifies matching donors based on blood type and location, sending instant notifications via push alerts and in- app messages. Key features of the system include a 90-day donor eligibility tracker, real-time blood stock monitoring, nearby donor finder using geolocation, duplicate request detection, automatic request expiry after 7 days, and an intelligent chatbot for user assistance. The system also includes admin controls for managing duplicate requests and resetting sample data. The system is built using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for the frontend, PHP for backend processing, and MySQL for database management. Additional technologies include Chart.js for data visualization. Font Awesome for icons, and Service Workers for push notifications. Testing results demonstrate that RedConnect reduces donor response time from hours to minutes, ensures donor safety through eligibility tracking, and provides hospitals with real-time blood inventory visibility. The systern successfully bridges the gap between those who can give blood and those who need it, potentially saving countless lives through efficient connectivit
