Abstract: A blockchain-enabled wearable health monitor is disclosed, comprising a wearable housing incorporating a sensor array configured to continuously acquire physiological parameters including heart rate, electrocardiogram signals, blood oxygen saturation, temperature, and motion data from a wearer. The acquired data is digitised, time-stamped, and cryptographically hashed, and is thereafter committed to a permissioned blockchain ledger, thereby rendering the recorded health data tamper-evident and immutable. An embedded artificial intelligence diagnostic engine, personalised to the wearer's individual physiological baseline, analyses the multi- parametric sensor data to generate accurate, contextualised diagnostic classifications, which are themselves hashed and recorded on the blockchain. A predictive analytics module operates upon the longitudinal blockchain-verified dataset to generate prospective risk scores forecasting the likelihood of adverse health events, triggering a graduated alerting mechanism directed to the wearer, designated caregivers, and authorised clinicians. A smart contract governed interoperability subsystem further enables secure, wearer- controlled and auditable sharing of diagnostic and predictive outputs with electronic health record systems, insurers, and telemedicine platforms, thereby providing an integrated, secure, and clinically reliable wearable health monitoring solution.
