Abstract: This paper BSSPD (Blockchain-Secured Security Sharing Scheme for Financial Data) architecture is presented, which attempts to address major issues of traditional centralized data platforms in terms of security breaches, unauthorized access, and obscure audit trails. Specifically, the BSSPD architecture consists of the integration of a permission blockchain-based network that includes smart contracts, encoding, and enforcing fine-grained access policies so that the data owners specify attribute-based rules (for example, user roles, time windows, transaction limits) that allow data access or protection from authorities to be automatically enforced at runtime. Financial records are first encrypted using ABE (Attribute-Based Encryption) so as to bind data to a given set of policy attributes before being registered on the blockchain as immutable transactions. To achieve on-chain secure delegation through the transformation of ciphertexts for new recipients without exposing raw keys, a proxy re-encryption (PRE) mechanism is additionally adopted. On-chain governance ensures that dynamic policy updates and revocations are implemented in real time. The traceable history of every data request, permission change, and re-encryption event provides transparent logs for regulatory compliance and forensic analysis. Security and performance evaluations prove that BSSPD excels at guaranteeing confidentiality, integrity, and availability with comparatively low overhead latencies, making it a largely useful scheme among present-day financial institutions in search of privacy, control, and trust.
