Abstract: The present disclosure provides a blockchain-cloud system (100) for fisheries supply chain electronic commerce. The system (100) includes a warehouse (104) having a cold storage chamber (106) and a temperature sensor (108) logging temperature data on a permissioned blockchain network (102) for cold-chain integrity, smart contracts (102-2, 102-4, 102-6) logging catch, trade, and delivery data, and a digital order-book (114) with smart-contract-governed automated price matching and time- priority seller selection. A radio-frequency identification tag (208) provides physical-digital traceability. A warehouse lock (110) including electronically controlled access devices receives an authorization signal from the second smart contract (102-4), through an application programming interface gateway and serverless functions of a cloud computing server (112), to prevent unauthorized removal upon trade execution.
