Abstract: The rapid growth of blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies has created new opportunities for building transparent and decentralized systems in agricultural supply chain management. Monitoring the movement of agricultural products, checking their quality, and maintaining fair pricing throughout the supply chain are important for protecting farmers from unfair practices and helping consumers receive genuine and trustworthy information. This project, titled “Blockchain-Based Supply Chain Transparency System for Agricultural Produce (BSTSAP),” is developed to create an intelligent and secure platform for registering, tracking, and analyzing agricultural produce from the farm level to the consumer level in an efficient and transparent manner. The system uses technologies such as Ethereum Blockchain and Smart Contracts to store supply chain transactions securely in a tamper-proof and permanent format. Artificial intelligence modules are integrated into the system to analyze crop images and provide useful information such as quality grading, freshness analysis, defect detection, price estimation, and selling suggestions. The integration of Google Gemini Al further improves the system by offering accurate and timely support for agricultural decision-making. tracking. These features improve transparency and reduce dependence on manual verification methods that are commonly used in traditional agricultural supply chains. The project demonstrates how blockchain and Al technologies can work together to improve efficiency, accuracy, fairness, and user interaction in agricultural applications. In addition, the system helps detect price manipulation, trace the origin of products, and provide quality-based selling recommendations to farmers. The project can also be extended in the future by including predictive analytics, loT-based monitoring systems, and integration with government agricultural databases. The overall system is designed to be secure, scalable, and easy to use so that it can handle growing amounts of data and support different users effectively. By delivering real-time insights and intelligent recommendations, BSTSAP contributes to better agricultural management, increased farmer awareness, and improved supply chain operations in the digital era.
