Abstract: Abstract Blockchain-Based Electronic Health Records Management and Computing System The present invention discloses a Blockchain-Based Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management and Computing System for secure and decentralized management of medical records. This system incorporates a multi-faceted architecture including an access management module that utilizes smart contracts to automate data access permissions and comply with regulatory standards including HIPAA and GDPR. Access requests are logged on an immutable decentralized ledger, promoting transparency. A credential validation and security module provides decentralized identity verification, multi-factor authentication, and AES-256 encryption to safeguard medical data. Additionally, a unique non-custodial blockchain wallet stores EHR data hashes and access permissions. An API module facilitates interoperability through Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR), and a fraud detection module employs machine learning for anomaly detection. Lastly, an audit trail module records all interactions with the EHR, establishing accountability and regulatory traceability, thus preserving patient privacy and enhancing data integrity across the healthcare ecosystem.
