Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a Blockchain Based Digital Invoice Authenticatipn ancl Fraud Detection Platform which proposes a secure, transparent and intelligent platform for digital invoice and authentication creation, verification, approval, and auditing in real-time within an organization. The existing digital invoice systems lack the necessary security features and are mostly centralized in the database, which leads to problems with invoice duplication, tampering, fake vendors, unauthorized changes and payment' frauds. The proposed invention presents an innovative architecture of multiple security layers including blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, cryptographic hashing, smart cOnti-acts, And decentralized consensus mechanisms. Every invoice becomes a unique cryptographic 'hash thid is added to a permissioned blockchain in a permanent manner. AT instantly scans invoice metadata, transaction history, supplier patterns, payment history, GST compliance and organizational purchase records to identify duplicate invoices, forged documents, abnormal payment requests, shell vendors and suspicious transactions. Smart contracts are used to predefine any business rules which are enforced before process invoice is approved. The system also supports AI-based risk scoring, explainable AT, QR-based invoice authentication, digital signature verification, and predictive fraud intelligence to monitor finances in real-time. The authorized persons such as vendors, finance departments, auditors, banks and regulatory agencies can verify the authenticity of invoice without revealing any confidential information. The invention greatly improves financial transparency, the processing time, reduces the human effort, improves the readiness condition of the Audit, and enables the creation of an invoice management - ecosystem- scalable - and-fraud-proof- for - enterprises,- governmental- and -financial institutions, healthcare, logistics, and international trade.
