Abstract: Abstract: The current invention provides an innovative system which integrates blockchain technology with machine learning in order to increase security, trustworthiness and intelligent decision-making in IoT. The system solves key problems related to integrity of information, decentralization of trust, privacy and real- time analytics in the IoT of the next generation. The IoT consists of IoT devices and sensors collecting various information, blockchain network with efficient consensus protocols ensuring safe and immutable data recording, and a data aggregation unit pre-processing and encrypting data for providing privacy. A machine learning engine analyzes blockchain data by means of complex algorithms, such as federated learning and anomaly detection, while a consensus and validation engine ensures protection of both data and models. Real-time notifications and automatic actions provide optimization of resource allocation and system security. System scalability is ensured by such methods as sharding, sidechains and edge computing.
