Abstract: ABSTRACT BLE-ENABLED SOLAR PV MODULE MONITORING DEVICE WITH FAULT DETECTION AND DASHBOARD VISUALIZATION The present disclosure relates to a BLE-enabled solar PV module monitoring system (100). The system comprises a solar PV module (110), a voltage divider circuit (120) scaling the output voltage, a current and power sensor (130) and a temperature sensor (140) connected to a BLE microcontroller (150). A firmware module (160) acquires voltage, current, power and temperature readings, computes efficiency, and transmits all values as BLE GATT notifications. A browser-based web dashboard application (170) connects via the Web Bluetooth API and presents real-time KPI cards (174), live telemetry charts (176), diagnostics gauges (178), and includes a fault detection engine (180) that evaluates threshold conditions and logs faults. An AI visual inspector module (186) analyses panel photographs for physical anomalies. The system is low-power, requires no cloud infrastructure and is suitable for small-scale solar installations.
