Abstract: Abstract The present invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence (AD-based Smart Food Spoilage Detection System designed to monitor, analyze, and predict the freshness and spoilage status of food products during storage, transportation,_and_retail distribution._The invention integrates Internet ofThings (IoT) sensors,- computer vision, machine learning algorithms, cloud computing, and mobile technologies to continuously evaluate environmental and food quality parameters. The system monitors temperature, humidity, storage duration, gas emissions, and visual appearance of food items to identify early signs of spoilage. Al algorithms process sensor data and captured images to predict spoilage risk, estimate the remaining shelf life, and classify food quality with high accuracy. Real-time alerts and recommendations are transmitted through mobile applications and cloud dashboards to consumers, retailers, food industries, and supply chain managers. The invention minimizes food wastage, improves food safety, enhances quality control, reduces economic losses, and provides an intelligent, scalable, and automated food spoilage monitoring platform.
