Abstract: This invention describes a topical gel enriched with biopolymers, made from a hydrophilic polymer base and a concentrated water extract of Curcuma caesia Roxib and Aloe vera. The gel is produced using controlled heating, mixing, and pH balance, resulting in a stable and biocompatible product suitable for use on the mouth's mucosal surfaces. The formulation offers desirable physical and chemical properties and delivers multiple biological benefits, such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antifibrotic, and antimicrobial actions. Notably, it contains no synthetic drugs and is intended for dental and supportive therapeutic uses. Scalable and cost-efficient, this gel can be manufactured through standard industrial processes, making it viable for commercial use in oral mucosal pathology like oral submucous fibrosis.
