The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a secure payment system and method that enhances transaction security using biometric authentication and additional layers of protection. The system includes a biometric authentication system utilizing fingerprint recognition, along with a password code system that adds an extra layer of security. A centralized cloud database securely stores user biometric data, linked to the user's bank account, and is accessible by shop payment devices for transaction authorization. The system also features real-time transaction notifications and encryption technology to protect biometric data in the cloud. Additionally, users have the option of authenticating transactions through voice recognition using speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP). The system can function in low connectivity environments, queueing transactions locally and syncing once connectivity is restored. The disclosed method involves capturing a user's fingerprint, authenticating the user via cloud-stored data, authorizing the transaction, and sending transaction status notifications. FIG. 1
