Abstract: BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH ASSISTANCE SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ENHANCING BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH ABSTRACT A biomedical research assistance system (100) is disclosed. The system (100) comprising a biomedical knowledge adapter (102) to retrieve biomedical data and generate biomedical contextual information, a template generation unit (104) to generate task specific prompt templates, a prompt optimization unit (106) to optimize the task specific prompt templates, a model interface (108) to transmit the optimized task specific prompt templates, a feedback unit (110) to receive validation feedback. The system (100) is configured to receive the biomedical contextual information, analyze the biomedical contextual information, control generation of the task specific prompt templates, control optimization of the task specific prompt templates, transmit the optimized task specific prompt templates, and display a biomedical research output and the validation feedback. The system (100) provides adaptive prompt optimization and biomedical contextual analysis for generation of the biomedical research output through interaction with a language model.
