Abstract: Examples of a biofidelic human brain model (100) are described herein. In some examples, the biofidelic human brain model (100) includes a polymeric body having an anatomical geometry corresponding to a human brain. The polymeric body is formed from a two-part polymeric material composition. The polymeric body exhibits nonlinear viscoelastic mechanical behavior under compressive loading and is configured to simulate mechanical response of human brain tissue. A value of shore A hardness for the biofidelic human brain model is in the range of 3A to 6A.
