Abstract: The present disclosure relates to bioengineered small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) (100) for liver-targeted delivery. The bioengineered sEVs comprises small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) (102) derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) (104); a hepatoprotective RNA (106) loaded into the small extracellular vesicles (sEVs); and a cationized pullulan (108) chemically conjugated to surface of the hepatoprotective RNA loaded small extracellular vesicles (sEVs).
