Inventor includes Arya Upadhyay.

The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT This invention discloses a biodegradable nanorobot (100) designed specifically to detect microplastics in soil for agricultural applications. Powered by dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs), the nanorobot (100) operates without conventional batteries and is constructed from biodegradable materials. After fulfilling its purpose, the nanorobot (100) decomposes into non- toxic byproducts, minimizing environmental impact. This technology offers a sustainable and cost-effective solution for addressing soil contamination from microplastics, providing an eco- friendly alternative to traditional detection methods. Fig. 1
