The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.

Abstract: A multi-layered bioactive assessment apparatus (100) is disclosed for vital pulp in mature permanent teeth with deep carious lesions. The assembly comprises a primary command-set liner layer (101) comprising a resin-modified calcium silicate matrix blended with hydrophilic monomer groups positioned on a deep carious cavity dentin floor (104) to provide an immediate baseline fluid seal. Adjacently bonded above, a secondary restorative protection foundation layer (102) consisting of a water-activated calcium-enriched mixture cement compound composed of an alkaline powder containing calcium oxide, sulfur trioxide, and phosphorus pentoxide combined with an aqueous moisturizing liquid isolates a vital pulp chamber (103). This framework continuously yields a dense, tunnel-defect-free tertiary dentin bridge. Clinical profiles tracked along a linear pain mitigation curve (105) exhibit an optimized reduction in Visual Analog Scale values down to a metric of 1.23 over 6 months while securing a 100% long-term neural sensitivity survival rate.
