MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611101541 A) filed by Chandigarh University on August 22, 2026, for Bio-Synced Threat Detection And Vital Monitoring System For Soldier.
Inventors include Parv Sharma; and Hemant Sharma.
The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a bio-synced threat detection and vital monitoring system for soldier that integrates integrated into a wearable garment for monitoring physiological conditions and detecting surrounding threats in low-connectivity environments. The system comprises an E-textile neural web, physiological sensors including ECG and PPG sensors, distributed mmWave, geophone, and infrared sensing modules, motion sensors, and a central processing pod configured to locally fuse physiological, environmental, and movement data. The system establishes a physiological baseline and synchronizes sensing operations with detected heart-rate and movement parameters to reduce unnecessary power consumption and improve threat assessment. A secure edge-processing module provides local authentication, encryption, tamper detection, and controlled data access. A cuff-based tactile interface enables discreet SOS activation, while a LoRa communication module (109) transmits authorized emergency information. A flexible battery, energy-harvesting units, and emergency beacon support extended and autonomous operation.
