Abstract: A bio-impedance adaptive electrical stimulation garment (100) is disclosed. The garment (100) comprises a textile unit (110) including a flexible wearable substrate configured to be worn on a body part, and an electrode unit (120) integrated within the textile unit (110), the electrode unit (120) comprising conductive textile electrodes configured to deliver electrical stimulation and sense bio- impedance at a skin–electrode interface. A bio-impedance sensing unit (130) measures complex impedance parameters at the interface, and a stimulation generation unit (140) generates therapeutic electrical pulses. A control unit (150) comprising a hardware- implemented closed-loop controller dynamically adjusts stimulation parameters, including pulse width, amplitude, or waveform characteristics, in real time based on measured impedance to maintain controlled charge delivery. A power management unit (160) supplies regulated power to the stimulation generation unit (140). The garment (100) enables safe, consistent, and energy-efficient adaptive electrical stimulation during wearable use.
