Abstract: The present invention relates to a hybrid artificial intelligence-based health monitoring framework known as Bio-Guardian. The invention integrates a clinical risk prediction engine using XGBoost, a lifestyle trend prediction engine using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural networks, an Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) module, and a Generative Al coaching engine. A novel Bio-Drift Score is calculated to measure the divergence between clinical health status and lifestyle behavior trends. The system provides real-time health alerts, explainable risk narratives, and personalized health recommendations for preventive healthcare management. The invention enables early detection of health deterioration and supports healthcare providers, telemedicine systems, wellness applications, and digital healthcare ecosystems through intelligent predictive monitoring and intervention.
